The fight begins every morning

You need to be aware that for you to be happy you have to wake up fighting. I’m not just talking physically but more mentally. Your mind is the strongest weapon you have. If you don’t strengthen your mind you are vulnerable. If you get depressed easily it’s because you haven’t prepared your mind. It’s important daily to say what you are thankful for and follow it up with your prayers.

What did you find at lunch to be thankful for?

You can look for little things to be thankful for. These small things can change anger to happiness. Since its lunch you can be thankful for the people who are serving you at the restaurant. Thankful that it’s not cold outside. Thankful the sun is shining. Thankful the air condition in your car is working. Thankful that you can afford to have something to eat.

Breakfast practice being thankful

As you enjoy your breakfast be thankful for the orange that produced your orange juice. Be thankful for the coffee machine that helped you make the coffee. Be thankful for the skillet that made the food. Be thankful for the clock that woke you up this morning. Be thankful for the people who served you breakfast.

Frequency work

You hear a lot of talk about being on the right frequency to attract things similar to your frequency. If you feel you are a negative person this is one of the main things you have to work on. You have to change your frequency to positive. Do this every day by thinking of small things you are grateful for. Don’t stop doing this, even when you start to feel positive. Once you experience this new feeling you’ll have a better understanding of why it is so important.

Simple thank you before bed

To help you find peace at night regardless of how your actual day was thank the things that went well. An example is you can thank your car for getting you to work. Thank the alarm clock that got you up this morning. Thank the stop lights that kept you safe at intersections. This practice will help you to be grateful for the smallest things in life. It will help you to see the true wonders of the small things that you neglect each day. You will go to bed on a positive which will help you stay calm and relaxed.

New Orleans thankful practice

Last week we returned from New Orleans. When I sat on the plane I told myself the following: Thank you for the pilot flying me today. Thank you for the people who took the time to make the Boeing airplane. Thank you to the stewardesses who made the flight enjoyable. Bless everyone on this flight and when they make their destination they go off and do good things.

Changing negativity

If you see yourself as negative you need to practice being thankful. Throughout the day say to yourself things you are thankful for. It doesn’t matter how big or small the item is. It can be something like you are thankful for birds because they eat mosquitoes. You are thankful for gas because it powers your car. Dont overthink this exercise it is meant to be simple.
